科学用药、彻底治愈
《中州药膏》通用名：氧化锌升华硫软膏主要治疗人蠕形螨性皮炎（青春痘、酒渣鼻）它具有杀螨、杀菌、消炎、润肤功能，治愈后可使面部皮肤细嫩和健美，20克/盒药膏可用30—35天，一般能达症状明显减轻，或症状完全消失。但由于致病因人蠕形螨从成虫雄雌交配产卵→幼虫→若虫→成虫再交配产卵大约15—20天就能繁殖一代，成虫交配时爬到皮脂腺口接触药膏后才能杀死，虫卵在深部，加上卵有包膜即是药物渗透对卵无杀灭作用，故治疗必须连续用药不能间断，才能有效地杀灭成螨，即是用药一盒后螨绝大多数被杀灭，症状完全消失，残留的少数螨虫如不继续用药彻底消灭，待它繁殖多了又会发病，所以为根除病因必须连续用药，长形螨60—80天即3盒药膏。短形螨120—180天即4—6盒药膏。如无检螨条件者宁可多用1—2个月即1—2盒，以保证彻底治愈，不再复发。
再者，因螨虫是直接接触感染，患病者配偶虽未发病也有螨虫的感染，为防止患者不再受感染，在患病人治疗症状消失时配偶对方也可用药膏每晚一次进行杀螨，这是保证患病者不再复发的一个环节。
其次是用药后可能在10天内，症状不但没有减轻，相反有加重现象，红点、丘疹多一点，皮肤痒、紧、脱屑等现象，这是药物杀螨消炎有病皮肤新陈代谢作用，是治疗达到皮肤细嫩健美的过程，不足为虑。到二周后逐渐消失，直到痊愈。
本药膏不含铅、苯、汞及激素等有害物质，故长期使用对人体无毒副作用，亦可用于健康带螨人杀螨预防发病之用。治疗工作是在医学科技学理论的指导下进行的，望能遵循。
Complete cure (for acne/rosacea) by means of patent medicine
Zhong Zhou (ZZ) ointment is mainly used to treat dermatitis namely acne and rosacea (red nose) that are caused by a kind of parasite called demodex. ZZ ointment can be used as a skin lotion with an additional effect in reducing inflammation on skin and is able to kill demodex and other germs. Therefore, the skin of patient will become smoother and healthier after having been cured. A bottle of 20 gram ointment which can be used for a period of 30 to 35 days is able to eliminate the symptom (acne and/or red nose) significantly in general cases. Sometimes, the symptom can even be removed completely.
Re-generation of demodex has to go through the mating process between male and female adults. The life cycle of demodex from ovum (egg) to adult usually takes bout 15 to 20 days. When adult demodex wants to mate with other ones, it has to go out from sebaceous glands to the skin surface. At that time, adult demodex would make contact to ZZ ointment that will kill them effectively. As demodex ova laid deep under dermis are shielded by a thin film, ZZ ointment cannot reach and kill them. Because of this reason, ZZ ointment must be continuously applied until all ova become adults. These adult demodex will die when they touch ZZ ointment in the mating process.
A bottle of ZZ ointment is able to kill most of the demodex and can get rid of the symptom (acne and/or red nose), but the treatment may not finish yet. For example, If there is small portion of demodex left over under the skin and the application of ZZ ointment is stopped, then re-generation of demodex will proceed repeatedly and the symptom will occur again. The treatment for complete curing two different kinds of demodex is not the same. To tackle demodex folliculorum (long demodex), three bottles (20g) of ZZ ointment are required and the duration of treatment is about 60-80 days. To tackle demodex brevis (short demodex), 6 bottles are required and the duration is about 90-180 days. If a patient who is cured does not want to have a demodex test, he/she should continue to apply ZZ ointment one or two more bottles. This will ensure that the acne and/or red nose will not appear again.
Furthermore, the spouse of patient usually has a high possibility to get infected with no symptom, he/she should use ZZ ointment once every evening while the patient is under treatment. If both patient (with symptom) and his/her spouse (with no symptom) use ZZ ointment daily at the same time, the effectiveness of the treatment will be enhanced. Users are reminded that there may be some reactions occurred after ten days of treatment. For instance, the symptom is getting a little bit worse; more red spots and rash may appear; the affected area of skin may become slightly tense, itchy and crumby. There is no need to worry because these reactions will diminish within two weeks. In fact, these reactions show that the killing of demodex is undergoing very well and generation of new skin is accelerating. This makes the skin become smoother and healthier. ZZ ointment does not consist of any lead, benzene, mercury, hormone and other harmful materials, hence long-term application of ZZ ointment will not cause any side effect to users. In addition, healthy people who are demodex carrier without the appearance of acne/red nose can also use ZZ ointment for prevention purpose. During the course of treatment, users should follow the directions based on medical theory.
